Street Fighter EX3 is a 2000 PS2 launch title known for its tag-team gameplay, 3D graphics, and unique "Original Mode" where players recruit defeated opponents. As the final game in the EX series by Capcom and Arika, it introduced mechanics like the "Critical Parade" for simultaneous team attacks and the "Emotional Flow" system, where defeated partners' power transfers to the remaining teammate. Despite its unique features, the game was a launch title that wasn't very popular and is often considered an overlooked, unbalanced title by fans and critics, though its graphics were noted as a leap forward at the time.
