Seaman for the Sega Dreamcast is a virtual pet life form simulator where players hatch and raise a bizarre fish-like creature that gradually evolves into a frog-like being with a human face. Using the Dreamcast's microphone, players must communicate with and care for their Seaman by adjusting its tank's environment, feeding it, and answering its increasingly personal questions about life. The game progresses in real-time, requires daily interaction, and features Leonard Nimoy as a narrator, guiding players through the surreal and quirky experience of nurturing this unique virtual pet.
