Metal Dungeon is a 2002 dungeon-crawling RPG for the original Xbox that combines turn-based combat with a sci-fi setting, tasking players with creating and customizing a five-person team to clear randomly generated levels of an advanced weapons facility overrun by monsters. Players explore the facility, called the "Metal Dungeon," fighting robotic enemies, finding new equipment and classes, and leveling up their characters to defeat the powerful boss at the end of each level.
