There is no game called "Genocide" for the PC Engine; however, there is a different game of the same name, a side-scrolling action game that was originally developed for the Sharp X68000, not the PC Engine. The original Genocide is about a pilot named Ken Ryugasaki in a mecha called Tracer, fighting against the rogue supercomputer MESIA in a futuristic setting.
